  It's a good car wash, but they don't have towels to dry the car, window cleaner, or air to reach hard-to-reach places. Things the others car wash around offers for the same price like sunshine car wash or Mod car wash just to mention some.

  I am from out-of-state and chose Tommy's to get my car washed. The attendant was very friendly and we laughed before I then entered the car wash. It was a good wash. Highly recommend.

  It used be great, but I guess the equipment is not getting serviced or the quality of washing products changed. I always get the top wash “WORK” with my plan and I try to come in the morning or afternoon to avoid the high temperatures. Last few times you could barely tell the car was even washed. Full of water spots and not even washed good enough. Almost $30 down the drain. Time to find new car wash.

  Stephen at the Missouri location is phenomenal, he goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. The car wash itself however, could be better. Had the wash with all the bells, whistle, wax and tire shine and it seemed like a basic wash. Also the detail packs you have to pay an additional fee, which is fine because i have my own detail wipes in the trunk but other express wash give it for free, rags, window and detail cleaner, and some give car freshners as well. Tommy's want you to pay for everything and you expectations will be disappointed. I figured if the orice is higher then it must be the best. The vacuums arent bad depending on which one you go to, the one on the end like youre leaving out, will suck your carpet off the floor board, love that!

  Decent, car wash. I would just recommend Sunshine’s car wash over this spot do. Went through the hands free car wash and it left a bunch of suds when exciting the wash, vacuums really weren’t the best. And I put my mats through the mat wash, and one came out with gum/grease some sort of gunk on the mats which was very upsetting. Now I gotta get some sort of bristle and wet shop vac to attempt to remove it from my mats. Moral of the story went in with a some what clean car, and my car some how managed to leave dirtier and damaged. If I can not remove the gunk from my mats I’ll have to personally write a formal letter to this location for reparation of my mats. Would not recommend.
