  Took my 2013 Camaro ZL1 here to have new rims and tires installed. They installed the wider, rear rims on the front causing scratches on the inside of brand new HRE wheels. They also incorrectly installed the tires, putting the 305mm wide tires on the passenger side and the 285mm tires on the driver side when it should be 305 rear and 285 front. Had to tow my car to Midas to have everything fixed. Requested a refund for service, tow and scratched rims and was told to contact corporate. I called and sat on hold multiple times just to have them hang up on me. Sent an email to Monro but never revieved a response. Very unprofessional.

  Horrible people, no ones to be found behind desk, manger is on his phone not caring for customers when u ask for help they brush u off, u will be siting for hours for a simple tire fix , an old lady who was siting in there waiting told me that she has been waiting for 5 hours to get her tire changed, all the techs are on the phones not working, so I confronted them and he response was u don’t know what I was doing on my phone it could be important, then proceeds to cuss me out and kick me out

  Don't use this place.Had a tire , go bad at four o'clock pulled into the parking lot and they told me they didn't have time to do my tire to go down the road
