  We had a long crack in our windshield. Contacted customer service set appointment for today. We had a tech named Kai and he was very professional. And meticulous in getting the windshield PlacedPerfect. He was also very friendly and answered any questions we had. One can tell he thoroughly enjoys his job. ExcellentCustomer service!!

  SCAM ALERT!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! I literally gave them my vehicle with no issues, and they returned it with all the sensors damaged. They claimed they couldn’t calibrate them and told me to take it to Subaru for an easy fix. Very unprofessional. When I tried to get in touch with the manager, it was almost impossible. I know GEICO sends their customers there, but be aware, find somewhere else. Two months later, my windshield cracked, and it wasn’t from a rock. It’s possible it was due to faulty installation.

  I showed up for my appointment today at around 1145am my appointment was scheduled for 12pm today. When I arrived I was greeted by the lady behind the front desk, and was told that my appointment was canceled for a no call no show from yesterday?? I showed her the email that my appointment was in fact today and she said sorry I can’t help you! What happened to customer service? I literally took the day off from work, paid for an uber to pick me up and drop me back off at home only to be told there’s nothing she could do?? Now I’m back on the phone with my insurance looking for a new provider because I will never use Safelite again! Terrible service like this should not go unnoticed and people who are rude and unprofessional should not be in a customer service role!!!!
