I had a stripped lug nut and every tire shop denied to help take off (they even recommended us to go back to the BMW dealership to takeoff tire) He helped us take off the lug nut and it took about 20 minutes, he looked out and were so thankful for him and their staff For being very hospitable about the situation. Thanks again we will be back;

They were able to get the needed parts ordered and sent to the shop that day and fix my brakes and flush the brake fluid in a reasonable amount of time!

He was concerned and brought me out to show me. In the end, though he was able to correct the other shops mistake and I’m very pleased. Feel confident coming to this Mavis tire and auto shop. Akira even found a coupon to apply to the price so it came at a nice discount. Six stars if I could give it.
