They checked my filters to make sure that they weren’t clogged, and made a suggestion for one that needed to be changed. They were very nice and friendly. They tried to blame it on wear and tear, engine heat and the last guy that did the oil when I literally watched the tech not know what he was doing and just snap it off. They said they didnt have the tools to replace it and there was nothing they could do. Now I've got to order a new Dipstick and find a way to extract the broken one. Not a good experience.
