Since I'm familiar with their tactics, I told her I'm not interested in joining their club. She kept asking why not, and I kept telling her I'm just not interested. We went back and forth several times before I forcefully told her to stop asking me to join the club, I just want a car wash. She asked what kind, and I said just the Basic wash. She laughed and said specifically what kind because "they're all basic" to her. I said the only one that specifically says "Basic". She again tried pushing me to join their club. After finally processing my credit card transaction, she then said I need to fold my mirrors in. I told her my mirrors don't fold. She said there must be a button inside to fold them. I again told her the mirrors don't fold. She then proceeded to push the driver mirror in an attempt to fold it, even though it does not fold. She pushed hard enough to make creaking noises (though nothing broke). I told her to stop pushing my mirror. She pushed one more time then said the car wash is not responsible for any mirror damage. I said I wanted to cancel this transaction and just leave. She said she couldn't cancel it. I eventually had her unlock a chain so I could leave the line and I cancelled the transaction with my credit card. I have been to this car wash in the past, but I definitely will not be going here again.
