  I had sand blowing out of my AC vents. I called around and no other shop would take on the project. Not only did Tire Choice in Largo take on the project but Troy and their technician knew what to do about it. Now my AC vents are clear of sand as the warmer days in Florida are coming. I would recommend these guys to tackle the difficult problems that no other shop will touch.

  What a great experience. Chuck Crosby waited on me. Had ordered tires through Ebay, and it had chose Tire Choice as a vender. Chuck was trying to navigate the two different venders on his program. Never got frustrated. Always smiled. He should do "Ted Talks" on customer service. He and his staff definitely sold me on Tire Choice auto services.

  Chuck is amazing 😊 My tire was flat and I was stressed trying to figure out what to do. I called another center and they were too busy, but when I spoke with Chuck, he immediately told me to come in. He said I might have to wait a few minutes, but they would take care of me — and they did! Chuck was incredibly helpful, kind, and reassuring. Excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the way he handled everything!

  Made an appointment weeks ago and have been getting text reminders up till today when my appointment was. When I arrived, a person (the manager?) came to the front desk and asked if he could help me. I said I had an appointment at 4:30. He said we're closing. I said I just got a reminder text an hour ago. He said sorry, the tech is leaving. Now I can't prove it, but it certainly seemed like there might have been some priming done before the Superbowl, as well.

  The people at the Seminole location, including service manager and the technicians, are always helpful whether it's new tires or repair service. They are honest and provide good advice, On a recent visit to patch a flat tire, the technician stayed beyond his shift to complete the job. They have also mentioned to me problems they have noticed that needed to be addressed, even when unrelated to their own work.
