My tires have ample tread and I came in for a simple patch. I was told that it was illegal to patch a tire that's over 3 years old (false) and that all my tires were unsafe (they are not). When I challenged that, showing him proof that it was not illegal to patch the tire, he became more insulting, and dismissive. I had asked for estimates on other needed repairs so he might have gained a repeat customer. Instead, he showed me that your company is only out to rip people off. I advise anyone reading this to avoid this unethical company and find someone who cares about customer service and honesty. I rate this company minus 1 star.

Completely unprofessional behavior from a customer facing position. I would recommend not to do business with an establishment that treats their customers in such a disrespectful way.
- THTabitha HesslerDec 8, 20251.0They told me the tire rotation is free with an oil change before I dropped my car off but when I got there, the manager (James Palladino) said they no longer do that and that I’d have to pay for the tire rotation. So I went ahead with it anyway and when I came to pick up my car, he told me he couldn’t do the tire rotation because all 4 of my tires were shot and I needed new ones. I found that hard to believe so I took it to Goodyear and they told me my tires were fine and that they just needed to be rotated 🙃 they even said they believed he was trying to take advantage of me. Btw they’re still telling people they do free tire rotations with an oil change when they really don’t…
