    Went in to try to establish source of front end rattle. Didn't even offer to inspect front end. Said it could be brakes. I stated brakes were done at this shop April 2024, 20k miles ago. Indicated they wouldn't honor a warranty of 24k/ 24 months on brake pads because previous technician "they no longer work here". Change in management brought this shop down 200% from 2023 and 2024. Time to find another shop to work with

    I had an emergency flat tire and this place came to the rescue. The place was closing and there wasn't anybody there to repair or replace the tire. The guy in the shop stepped up and put a plug in the tire to at least get me home. He went out of his was to help me out. Great place that goes out of their way to help you out.
