    If I could give 0 starts I would. From the day of scheduling the repair with the Largo location and now a month later still no resolution from them. I had a crack repaired and the lady who repaired it scratched my windshield in the process. The next day I took it in the the shop to show them what happened, they explained that it would not be charged to insurance and they would cover the replacement as there’s not a way to repair the scratches. After many confirmations of it being the servicer’s fault and my insurance wouldn’t pay, the man scheduled me a replacement with the palm harbor location. The day of the schedule replacement, I never got a confirmation or call, so I reached out. I was told someone was assigned to my ticket. 5 minutes later I received a call from the guy who was supposed to replace it saying the windshield they got was damaged (go figure). Scheduled another replacement two days later due to this, he comes out, and told me it would be ran through insurance. I let them know that it should be on the company because of the scratches caused by their service tech. He left & I had to call management. Spoke to the manager at the palm harbor location and he declined to replace it, said the other guy scheduled it under and insurance ticket and not the warranty as he should have, and told me to reach out to customer service to fix the issue or get a lawyer (like this is my fault??). Still have yet to get a resolution and only excuses from them at customer service as well. (Photos were provided as proof)

    Had small cracks and chips on windshield. Contact Safelite for estimate. Waiting for insurance approval before scheduling. A technician named Daryl performed the repair. He did a good service 👏. The cracks are disappeared. Saved me time and helpful.

    Never do business with Safelite again. They broke the camera bracket to my windshield and taped the camera back. Camera fell while I was on cruise control and vehicle threw me to the curb. Could have a caused a fatal accident. Called the Safelite office and although I’m within the year warranty, they don’t want to take responsibility. I’ll wait for a phone call from Safelite.

    The first appointment never showed up had to call to find out why. Rescheduled, technician couldn't complete the recalibration and didn't have the new wiper blades. Next morning I went to turn on my wipers and they didn't work properly. Rescheduled for a third time to finish recalibration and put new wipers on. Finished the job but I ended up cleaning the windshield inside and out. Only good thing to say was all technicians were pleasant, and wiper blades were at no cost. I'm glad it's finished but it took about 6 days to complete it. Christmas Eve and Day were in the 6 days

    My father brought his 2017 Nissan Armada around May 2025 and they damage the parts of his car replacing his windshield. We had to go through Crown Nissan to get these parts replaced and we paid for it out of our own pocket. You can see that Safelite tried to replace the plastic piece that goes over the sensor but you can see the massive amount of glue they used and it fell off less than a day. I would not recommend going to this place to get your windshield replaced because they were super unhelpful.
