  Brad did an excellent job replacing my windshield in a timely and efficient manner. I didn’t even have to go anywhere, as I booked an appointment for them to come to my home and do it. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and my new windshield looks great.

  After multiple texts and emails confirming my appointment, the technician never showed up during the 5-hour window. I wasted half a day of my kids’ spring break waiting around, and when I called at 6 PM, I got a recording saying they close at 5. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

  I showed up for my appointment today at around 1145am my appointment was scheduled for 12pm today. When I arrived I was greeted by the lady behind the front desk, and was told that my appointment was canceled for a no call no show from yesterday?? I showed her the email that my appointment was in fact today and she said sorry I can’t help you! What happened to customer service? I literally took the day off from work, paid for an uber to pick me up and drop me back off at home only to be told there’s nothing she could do?? Now I’m back on the phone with my insurance looking for a new provider because I will never use Safelite again! Terrible service like this should not go unnoticed and people who are rude and unprofessional should not be in a customer service role!!!!

  This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Scheduled an insurance claim winshield repair with them as they were "preferred" by my insurance company. Scheduled a mobile appointment 3 days in advance. They give you a 5-hour window - totally fine. I plan my day accordingly. The 5 hour window comes and goes. No call, no text, no nothing.. I then contact the main customer service center and spoke to a representative (after getting through their useless AI assistannt) who then contacts the local repair shop (the one I'm writing this review for) who apparently advised her that it's not looking good for today and that the technician got backed up and that it might be best for me to reschedule. Yep - that' s what I did.. with a completely different company altogether. Thanks Nathanial for being assigned to my repair and not having the decency to call or text giving me a heads up that you're running behind.. I saved you the trip altogether.. Never calling this company again.. Lesson learned.

  I am very happy with how this was handled and serviced! The manager of the store called me to discuss my situation before scheduling my appointment. He was very helpful and advised I would need to come into their shop to replace my windshield (due to the age of the car - 2018) which was no problem. We were greeted immediately and I let them know this was not due to an accident and asked that the manager look at it with me. My windshield had "bubbled" at the top and bottom probably due to our extreme sun exposure. My State Farm agent had already spoken to me and let me know that the $500 deductible did not apply which was great news too. They did a great job even with a wait due to calibration required for the new glass. Also, they kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend this shop!
