The office calls me every day before each appointment to confirm and guarantee that the technician will arrive within the five-hour window — yet they never show up. I’m now scheduled for a sixth appointment. At this point, it’s clear this place just can’t get it together.

In March they came out under Progressive and started to replace our windshield, but in the process discovered that they did not have all the parts needed. They left but left our windshield loose and the next big storm our car was flooded and it destroyed the electronics. From March until October we had many calls and discussions to fix our car which they claimed was not their fault even though one of their technicians showed us that we were driving around with a loose windshield putting my family in danger. I finally put a claim into Progressive and they totaled the car! I could have gotten another 100,000 miles out of the vehicle, but safelight ruined it along with the worst customer service I have ever seen from a national company! Never use them again and after investigation they have had several class action suits against them. Get ready for another one!
