  Came to Mavis tire, thinking I had a nail in my tire, they were wonderful. They checked my tire and I had picked up a ball bearing. They took it out expeditiously and sent me on my way. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

  Chris was great! My friend and I came in for a tire change after our tire blew out on the road and he got up from his lunch break and changed it for us! Excellent service. Would 100% come back and recommend!

  Every time I've come into Mavis on walsingham, service has been great. Today, I had my tires rotated and I had them check an area of concerned, and they checked it out and told me that everything seems to be fine. Chris was very punctual and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this location.

  Outstanding! Shout out to Chris at Walshingham Rd. store. We were traveling from out of town and they were able to get our speciality tire overnight, before I finished my coffee they were done! Everyone from start to finish was exceptional especially Chris. I’ve worked in the industry for many years and without a doubt hands down the best service.

  I have been coming here for a year and a half and this store has declined in service remarkably in that time. I just paid $1300 to have a computer thermostat replaced. They had my car for a day and a half. I drove it home and the heat didn’t work. I called and was told ‘oh yeah, we just need to burp the line with the coolant. Bring it back in and we’ll fix that.’ Bring it back in. Another two hours of time I don’t have. And when I tried to bring it back in they told me they were shortstaffed and couldn’t handle it and they sent me to another store. When I got to the other store, they were not a surprised that the Walsingham /Ulmerton store had sent them another customer. Apparently they do that often. Have another store fix their mistakes. My brother had an alignment done there and when he left the store the steering wheel was two inches off of center so that if he kept the wheel straight, he would drive off the road. They sent him away with the car that after claiming to have done an alignment. And they don’t care. A very ‘oh well, sucks to be you’ attitude. Like we all have all the time in the world to come back and have them redo their mistakes. The store they sent me to on Missouri was very accommodating and seemed to be on top of their game. I guess I’ll know when I get the car back from them this afternoon.
