Understaffed. You can see the reservation list, staff accordingly. After a ridiculous wait “oh, what you reserved requires an actual credit card, can’t pay with a debit card.
Would’ve been nice to know before I ubered over and planned an entire weekend. Cost me $40 in Ubers for nothing

Zach and his team are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience. Fast and friendly service as always at Enterprise! Plenty of inventory at this location and the new site is beautiful!

Outstanding customer service. Israel was a true professional, as was the counter associate, Zach, the driver who picked me up (forgot to get his name), and the gentleman who walked me out to do an inspection (Forgot his name too!). The 4 of them worked perfectly as a team to get me to, then in and out of this location quickly, thoroughly, and with class and professionalism. Im grateful for their efforts, and if I ever need another rental, Ill surely return. Ill also be recommending them to the endless stream of visitors that we get down here. I do wish their prices were a bit more inline with Turo or other competitors. $55/day for a crappy Chevy Trax seemed a bit steep. $30 for the same vehicle on Turo. Overall, it was a pleasure to have worked with the fine people at this location!
*PRO TIP: Anytime you rent a vehicle or get a "loaner" from a dealership, take a high quality video that invludes the VIN plate, all external panels, wheels, glass, mileage, gas level, and interior. This will potentially save you 1,000s in fees for something that may have been done by the user before you.

IN reference to Enterprise Car rental

I Reserved a Van in October to make sure I had one for my out of town travel for Dec 27th
Reservation was confirmed in Oct, in Nov & Dec right up to Dec 25 I was receiving notifications My Van was reserved.
On Dec 26th, the Day I was to pick up my reserved Van, 2 hours before I was to pick it up, I get a phone call from Enterprise calling to tell me my Van was not available and they had nothing to offer in replacement.
2 hours before I was to pick it up. ENTERPRISE at this location is incompetent and unreliable. Incompetent in not following through on a Reservation to rent a vehicle which is their business
and unreliable when telling me for months I had a vehicle available yet on the day of rental tell me they have no vehicle. I do not recommend anything to do with this company.
