- JEJay ElNov 12, 20255.0I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Dempsey I had an issue with a blown fog light and a flickering headlight with LED Dempsey greeted me I explained my concern as it was late night and my lighting was not sufficient. Immediately he came out advised me to replace the fog light after inspection showed me it was blown. Then explain LED lights which can be know to flicker , Dempsey also explained the benefits of LED lighting during inspection he corrected one headlight which was loose in the housing and straightened the other which was pointing off. Me being a NEW YORKER offered a TIP which is customary NYC for services rendered, however Dempsey respectfully declined installed the fog light used grease as well for a personal touch I was truly impressed by his attitude and work ethic. Dempsey has the potential for bigger things in the organization. Nevertheless please recognize acknowledge Dempsey in some way for his knowledge and work ethic RIGHT ATTITUDE. Lastly I never had preference aside from price for parts I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED AND MADE AUTOZONE OVERALL FOR ALL THINGS CARS. THEY MAY NOT ALWAYS HAVE LOWEST PRICE BUT THE EMPLOYEES AND KNOWLEDGE ARE HEAD AND SHOULDERS AGAINST THEIR COMPETITORS.... KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION FROM FROM FRONT TO BACK!
