    When is the ask for for a tool walked over and talk to me couldn't figure out the tool. The tool I needed walked away and deal with somebody else.

    Just stopped in the store because I realized my brake lights were out yesterday. I don’t know the first thing about cars and the store manager Tina went above and beyond with assisting me with this issue. She showed me exactly what I needed to buy, and even educated me on what I needed to do to replace them. Being nice and personable goes along way in my book… thank you TINA!!

    Absolute horrible customer service. Go anywhere else. Asked andy the parts manager to take my VIN to look up a part and he refused and wanted only make model and year and said it’s too much to look up a vin. When that is the only way to correctly look up parts. I was a parts manager for 4 years. This is the correct way to look up parts and not get the wrong parts. Pure laziness and unwilling to help people

    Luke Kidd was so very helpful this morning! I came in to AutoZone off Walsingham in Largo, and noted I needed a new battery. He was eager to help me locate which battery I needed, as well as helped me to install it. While he was installing the new battery, he advised that I should probably get new terminals and showed me why he was making that suggestion. I appreciate that he took the time to educate me on his recommendation and explain how new terminals would be beneficial. He was very kind during my entire experience at AutoZone and I feel that he needs to be recognized for his great customer service! Thank you again Luke!! I appreciate you and all you did to help me today!
