    Store does not follow posted hours. I stoped by tonight and was surprised that they were “Closed” five minutes before 8pm even though their hours clearly stated that they close at 8pm. The employee even came up to the door and said that they were closed and would not help.

    They didn't bolt down my new battery I had just bought and my car didn't start after I got to work from leaving there. 0/10 stars. Go to the location off US 19 and Tampa road. Ask for Junior, he's the best.

    The poor general manager had incompetent employees and he had to literally do everything. I had to tell the cashier how to look up what size I needed for windshield wipers. Then the guy still looked confused. The manage had to come help.

    Employees have not enough knowledge about car parts. Especially about something that its particular or basically for every car owner to know. There are two box fuses in a car: One under the hood and one in the interior car. The one that has the most highest amp is located under the hood and there is not another one like it. I am sorry but if you don't" know that you should hire people who know or you are wasting your time.
