  I went into the store thinking I was low on oil and transmission fluid. I was prepared to buy what I needed. A kind young man, named Joe, came to my rescue....when he checked fluid levels, he said I didn't need any fluids at all and showed me how to check the levels going forward. It was his caring personality that impressed me the most and he certainly made my day.

  I came to the auto parts store to buy motor oil and asked the employee if he could help me pour it into my car. Unfortunately, he refused. I was a bit disappointed because I was purchasing the oil there. I hope the customer service can improve.
