  Update: after communicating with customer service who reached out, the issue I encountered was resolved! They apologized and recognized the issue. I would definitely return and hope they have the initial issue fully resolved on my return. I am deducting a star due to the initial issue and the failure for the business to return my Initial phone call. Service was good and prompt, HOWEVER, their automated system sent a discount code that doesn’t work and the young man that was working had to apologize for not being able to honor the code. Very bad business practice. I will not be coming back

  Brilliant service. Kareem, the manager, was excellent. He reset the service light, after the competitor told me it would require a computer! They don't try and upsell you into services you don't require. I have a Jaguar and I was very satisfied with the service.
