When you pull up, they provide each passenger with a bottle of water and when your service is done, they give you a free car air freshener. They provide recommendations but never try to upsell you on services. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick and easy. My experience was so good that I brought my other car back an hour later for an oil change. Highly recommend!
