    definitely didn’t want a big car; I wanted something around $35, those are the usual prices. And then I had an online code that was supposed to give me a 15% discount, but he said that code was no longer valid. I asked, “How come? I got it online, and you offer discounts,” but anyway, they kept pressuring me to take that car. I ended up taking it, and he said I had to pay a $200 deposit, and then, when I went outside, I was shocked to see that they actually deducted $300 from my bank account. Then he asked, “What do you think about getting insurance, so that if anything happens to the car…” They also pressured me into insurance, even though I only needed the car for one day and was going to return it. He said, “If there’s any scratch, we’ll deduct money,” and it could even mean losing all the money. In the end, I took the insurance for $27. I’m not happy with the service or the way the employees behaved. Hosea wasn’t at fault; he actually wanted to give me the small car we talked about on the phone. But the employee next to him and the manager inside were different. In the end, they gave me a car for $99 per day. I definitely didn’t want a big car; I just needed something small for about $35. Plus, I had that discount code, and they said it was no longer valid. They kept pressuring me into taking that big car, and in the end, I ended up paying more. I felt like they took advantage of me and the situation. I have the location’s address and the business card of the guy I spoke to on the phone, who was really helpful and said they had small cars ready. But then the other employee and the manager interfered, and it felt like they changed things. In the end, I got the car for $99 per day. I’m not happy with the service or the way they treated me. Hosea was fine, but the others weren’t. I don’t trust that place and I want to leave them a really bad review. They should be respectful and honest and not exploit people’s situations. If I didn’t really need a car, I wouldn’t have rented from them at all. I just felt exploited while I was there. So, I’d advise people to go elsewhere if they can, and I definitely want to file a big complaint.

    Probably some of this is my fault thinking they fixed their issues and they don't. I went online and rented a pick up truck that I needed to move some things. I get there at the time of my reservation and do not see a truck. So I'm less than happy. I get to the counter and Jazlynn tells me they do not have a truck. I tell her this is the third time they have done this to me. She tells me I need to go online to find a truck. I already did that and there was not one there for me. I ask her to find one in her system and she tells me NO and asks me to leave. I ask for the manager and she tells me she is the manager. I ask for her bosses name. She writes Damion. I ask for his phone number and she tells me she wont give me his personal number. I tell her I didn't ask for his personal number, I wanted his work number. Again she tells me to leave. I will never rent a car from Lantana enterprise again. You have let me down far too many times. Shame on you for being this terrible and shame on me for thinking you fixed this ongoing problem. Why would you even offer my car selections when you never have the one selected at the location? Jean , you have my name and the location I attempted to rent from. Why do I need to jump through more hoops for your organization to reach me? I am annoyed that you generic canned response to my complaint requires more from me.
