- TST. P. S.4 days ago1.0If this was the last Enterprise with cars to rent I would not walk but RUN to Hertz, Avis, Dollar, Six or any other competitor in the future. Especially if representative (initials A.M. had to assist me again). I found him not to be very forthcoming while assisting me but did just listened. Keep in mind this is my opinion and I have rented hundreds of cars over the years and hold tier status with a few of these companies. No further comments just my experience.

I had to take a pickup truck to another location to swap out for a smaller car (not even the kind of car I reserved. I rented a small SUV). This put me behind schedule by at least 1.5 - 2 hours. I asked for a call back from management to repair the situation and it took them 5 days to call me back, after calling 3 times requesting the call back. They don't care about your business. When I finally got a call back the manager told me "this happens all the time" meaning they run short on reservations. How can anyone run a business like that?!?!? Needless to say, they have lost an Enterprise customer for good.

He was so helpful each week when I had to extend my rental for another week. And again at the very end when I turned the car in. He went above and beyond. He knew I was going thru it after my accident and did everything to ease that burden as much as he could. Thank you!
