Purchase a private owner Mercedes ML 350 and it had a few issues . I am model not with Mercedes. I needed a lot of help and Noah was awesome. Walking through every step battery look up every part number. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I was able to get everything I needed. . It was really Great experience. This is a good AutoZone For sure .I highly recommended it.

My battery died and it was still under warranty and I was given no issue. Everyone was very helpful. Tre G did the replacement. He did an excellent job! I'm thankful to have my SUV working again.

Maryuska went above and beyond to honor my request to replace my battery for free after it was accidentally overcharged at an Autozone. I didn't have a receipt but she treated me like a human being and helped me and my family out when we honestly didn't have the money to pay for a new battery right now. Thank you Maryuska!

Want to give an excellent review to the Manager Edwin and Maryuska for the stellar professional and excellent service received the other day. I was also helped by another gentleman with braids he was excellent I apologize I forgot your name but you were wonderful. Everyone in this store is so professional, and Edwin and Maryuska went above and beyond and so did the gentleman with long braid hair, wonderful service. You are a team of professionals, experts in your craft and you deserve 1000000000 stars! I have never experienced such a kind and compassionate team, they had personalities, funny, and extremely knowledgeable on all things car. I had several issues and parts to look up and they were patient, extremely understanding and helpful. I will only visit this location for all things car essential needs because it’s a pleasure to see the all again. This is the types of interactions that restore faith in humanity, knowing that we all have issues in our personal life but coming into a store not knowing anything and leaving with a thorough understanding due to the care and compassion these three men and women placed on each customer, WOW! And they are always very busy but they greet each person that comes in and very attentive. Store is very clean, lots of merchandise and if you can’t find it they will order for you. They do everything! Thank you again you help me and my family a lot God bless you all I hope you are recognized for your amazing professionalism and expertise and kindness!!!!
