  One week the lug nuts were fine trying to get a repair for a tire, 5 days later putting on a new tire and then when they were getting the tire off that they themselves had put on the week prior all of a sudden the lug nuts were swollen. And now stripped. Manager just wanted to argue that it wasn’t their fault and wouldn’t acquiesce at all that they could possible do anything wrong. Also, on first visit wasn’t even acknowledged for about 5 minutes. Manager walked right passed me going outside, coulda at least said I’ll be right with you. Unsatisfactory.

  They pointed out that I basically had no brakes and saved me from a terrible accident. They also helped to double check work that was done to make me feel at ease. Thanks everyone!

  You guys had my van and dad hostage for 2.5 hours to replace tires, alignment, and oil change. You sold him on tires in order to do the alignment and then your machine wasn't working. So now my dad spent 3 hours, got charged for something you all advised was an added necessity to do the allignment, and then didnt do that. allignment. That's terrible service.

  David was very nice and helpful. I had an issue with my canister purge valve. I called up asking if I purchased from somewhere else, would they be able to install. He said yes giving me a great rate for labor with only a hour before closing. Thank you

  I brought my vehicle by over a month ago with a check engine light. It gave a P0420 code where Mavis checked it within an hour or so and said it was a bad Catalytic Converter and to replace 02 sensors in addition, I ended up being quoted an almost $2000 job for everything, I had a feeling to have a second pair of eyes look at it so I went to a local/ independent mechanic and it ended up being only the downstream 02 sensor that was bad, i was explained that the bad downstream 02 sensor can send false codes like that sometimes, it was replaced and the check engine light hasn’t come on since, it also was much cheaper to fix, but this Mavis location I felt was negligent in checking out my vehicle thoroughly. Almost $100 wasted on a diagnose fee. I gave a star because in general the staff was kind to me, but overall felt like i was being scammed into a “replace everything first for this code” just to avoid coming back. I urge everyone reading this to look into local and independent mechanics before coming to a chain shop like this. Thank you for reading.
