Furthermore, he claimed that work I had done 6 months ago was never completed—which I knew to be false. It felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of a female customer through intimidation. I took photos of the parts to document the dishonesty, and while I unfortunately no longer have the files to upload, the experience left a permanent bad impression. I cannot recommend a business that prioritizes predatory sales over honesty

Jacob performed all car inspection and recommended all needed maintenance. Excellent experience, quality of service and on less than 1 hour they took care of my car. I came in this past Tuesday regarding my back tire being very low from a nail being in it. Christian got me in for an appointment right away and was very helpful. I had a great experience and the customer service there was phenomenal! Thank you SO much David for explaining to me and walking me out to show me what was wrong with my back tire and also showing and explaining to me what other things I need to get done in the near future on my SUV. I greatly appreciate your honesty and that you sincerely care about your customers. That means alot that you care about your customers! Thank you so much for helping me out with a great deal on my second tire! You dont know how much that meant to me!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Yall are now my go to place!!! -Deanna

- DDDEJONES35Dec 14, 20251.0Mavis charged me for a tire rotation that was not completed. My left rear had an imperfection/minor tread damage. After the tire rotation that tire was in the same location. they could not explain except for saying "our computer says we rotated the tires" ignoring the physical evidence that says otherwise. They would not give me the name of the store manager so I left my number for a call back but that did not happen. Very shady/fraudulent behavior charging customers for work not completed. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want honesty. Store manager if you read this maybe you could have avoided a 1 star review and a letter to your corporate office if you would have simply returned my call. I guess you have enough business.
