  Relatively Fast. Great price for a tire repair, super helpful and nice. My bank account didnt hurt, nor did they try to sell me 10 million things. They just pointed out an issue, said roughly the condition , asked if I wanted to fix it today, I said no, and they moved on. No pressure, just informed me and then quick easy fix for what I came in for. Great service :)

  Would give zero stars if possible. Bunch of liars and con artists. Charged me $40 for a tire puncture, took all 4 of my tires off and tried to sell me up on $2500 of other repairs that I didn't want at that time, then they put all 4 tires back on WITH THE NAIL STILL IN IT. Spend your money elsewhere unless you like getting scammed.

  I’d give zero stars if I could. I went there for tires and they were very pushy on other services I should get. I told them I was going elsewhere for those services but they insisted, so I just agreed. They didn’t do a good job on my alignment. They also left my cap loose when they did my oil change the first time so I went back to them to redo it, and it started leaking again. I went to Firestone instead (where I usually go anyways) and they told me that Mavis left everything loose and that there was oil all on the bottom of my car. I strongly suggest going to Firestone instead. I’m very unsatisfied with Mavis.

  I don’t often write reviews but I’m still shocked by the interaction with Mavis Tire. Made an appointment online, paid deposit, and went in. Upon arrival they said they didn’t have the tire and it wouldn’t be in until tomorrow, no problem, please just return the deposit and we will look elsewhere. It took asking for a return 7 different times to try to get this deposit. They tried selling a different tire, different size, acting like it was our fault they didn’t have the tire. Not only that but after we left the building they came out and asked for additional car information “for the return” even though the transaction had already been completed. I was so off put by the interaction and inability to assist, along with the attitude of the person assisting.
