  Jacob. Very professional explained problem with the braking system and the repairs needed to be done. Educated one on what the problems are and what could happen if not taken care of. Great job.

  Absolutely recommend this shop for all your tire needs. My front driver tire wasn't holding air and I couldn't see any reason for it. Jay had me in and out in record time with a patch on it and I was incredibly grateful that he didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.

  I had been a loyal customer and always brought my two vehicles for service- never had an issue before. This time, the way this situation was handled caused Mavis to lose my business. I came in for an oil change and for a brake light bulb replacement- I was quoted $160 for both at the counter. I left the store and shortly after, I get a call that the shocks and brake pads/rotors are bad and need to be replaced. I asked how much everything would run me and Christian quotes me $889 on the phone. I asked for a moment, I checked my finances and I approved the amount. When I come in to the store, I am told the light bulb was not included in that $889 price and then tells me the price is a total of $1,054. I asked how did it increase by almost $200 with just adding the lightbulb and he proceeds to tell me he was not aware that the lightbulb was replaced and that it was two bulbs (this is causing me to not trust him at this point). I told him that it was only one lightbulb and that the increase in the amount was still not adding up for a single lightbulb. After 35 min, he tells me the lightbulb and the tax is what is causing the amount to increase. I don’t believe in “the customer is always right”, however there was no acknowledgment of the mistake of not including the lightbulb in the quoted price over the phone, which is the one I agreed to. I know mistakes happen, we are all human, but it is dishonest and disingenuous for me to pay for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Unfortunately, I can’t trust Mavis in the future and I am not coming back again. I will reiterate that Christian was not rude, but unfortunately there was no effort to fix the mistake, acknowledge the mistake or find common ground, and he left me to pay for it. Feedback- please quote clients the full amount including taxes and ensure everything is included. Hopefully no one else will have to leave feeling like they were played.

  Got a nail on my tire and while other places told me to get a brand new tire the staff at Mavis check it and fixed it for a reasonable price!! The patching only look like 30 minutes and was 40 dollars. Its been a week and everything is going well.

  I recently had an accident where I hit a curb and needed my tires replaced quickly. David at Mavis went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. He was patient, understanding, and made the whole process so much easier. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was taken care of, and treated me with respect. The team worked fast, the pricing was fair, and my car drives perfectly now. I couldn’t be more grateful for David’s help — he truly turned a bad day into a much better one. Thank you, David and the Mavis team! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest and reliable service.
