  Gabe was excellent at getting me the tires I needed and making an appointment. Tom and Gabe were excellent at giving the right advice and getting the work done on the car. The prices on the Michelin’s I got were better at “tire choice”than any of the other places. they’re in the Land O Lakes community so use them.

  Took my truck in to fix a slow leak. The technician took the truck in immediately and checked the tire. The cause was a crack in the inside of the wheel that they couldn’t fix. He did a complete inspection however but he didn’t charge me for any of his work. I did find a company that could fix the rim and everything is good now

  Don’t trust them! I asked for the least expensive tire and the guy gave me a higher price one and then came back with another price when I pressed for it. I was overcharged on my bill for things I didn’t ask for, I was called by them trying to upsell me after I left, it took all day to change one tire and it was returned to me filthy dirty. They were too lazy to clean it off. Look at your bill before you pay!!!

  I wasn’t happy with my experience here. I came in with a tire that was actively deflating and was already taking a risk just driving there. When they tried to remove the lug nuts, they told me they didn’t have the right size socket. Instead of having the proper tools, I was told there was no way for them to get one. So I had no choice but to drive all the way back home with a deflating tire, grab my own socket, and bring it back for them to use. That’s not something a customer should have to do, especially at a tire shop where you’d expect them to have the proper equipment. Very frustrating experience.

  This is the 2nd time I’ve come here for a screw being stuck in my tire. Both times I received excellent service. The team here is always courteous and friendly. They are quick to get the job done and go above and beyond. I never feel pressured for additional services. Honestly, they don’t even mention it which makes me want to get all my car work done there. This time the store manager took the screw out, patched the tire, filled all my tires and told me to have a good day. I’ll definitely be back and tell my friends this place is the place to go. Thank you.
