  My wife called Gatortail looking for a car hauler, and the person who answered the phone was flat-out rude. Not curt, not rushed, just plain rude. We immediately crossed them off our list and went down the road, paid more, and happily so. If customer service is this bad on a simple inquiry, the rest of the business probably is not much better.

  Bought my trailer almost a year ago. Had a problem closing and locking the rear door. They said they would send someone out when they were near me. I've contacted them at least 4 times, and no one has come to fix it. Now the cable has come undone. Again, no one has come to fix it. The trailers are cheaper priced because they don't have all the things the other sellers provide... Like insulated ceilings, etc. The owner has two younger guys that run the show. One is really nice, the other doesn't want to do anything he doesn't have to. Hey Owner... maybe you should step up and run YOUR business. Your employees are going to run it into the ground. You can only sell cheaper products before people catch on. You get what you pay for, and customer service isn't it with this company.

  It was the best deal for my charity, life energy community and family. We are a public charity for foster kids in spring hill that provides a tree service to collect funds. with easy financing. It was worth the ride from spring hill

  these guys have listings on eBay, I asked two questions three times, made offers two times and had not gotten any response what kind of business is that? If you can’t get any answer of contact before sale how is the service going to be if you need something afterwords when they get your money After reading the posts and seeing the garbage they sell .....and just like I assumed no service after they even get your money...... I guess it’s good that they don’t answer on eBay so you don’t get stuck with garbage from wasting time and money
