He went above and beyond to make sure all the paper work was right and that I was hitched up and safe to drive off. I was literally on the road by 840am with my new trailer. We immediately crossed them off our list and went down the road, paid more, and happily so. If customer service is this bad on a simple inquiry, the rest of the business probably is not much better.

I've contacted them at least 4 times, and no one has come to fix it. Now the cable has come undone. Again, no one has come to fix it. The trailers are cheaper priced because they don't have all the things the other sellers provide... Like insulated ceilings, etc. The owner has two younger guys that run the show. One is really nice, the other doesn't want to do anything he doesn't have to. Hey Owner... maybe you should step up and run YOUR business. Your employees are going to run it into the ground. You can only sell cheaper products before people catch on. You get what you pay for, and customer service isn't it with this company.
