  This shop is always taking good care of me. Victor is always a pleasure to do business with. Even at the end of the shift they let me come in 5 minutes before close for two tire replacements very much appreciated!!

  I went in for a tire rotation, balancing, and TPMS sensor service. Their machine is rated up to 21” wheels and mine are 22”, but they were upfront about it and said there was a 50/50 chance they could make it work. I appreciate the extra effort to try even though they didn’t have the ideal equipment. The rotation and balancing were fine. The issue was with the TPMS service. The sensors were programmed, but on many GM vehicles (at least my model year), a relearn procedure is required after programming. That step was not completed. This isn’t something the average person would necessarily know — but a tire shop working with TPMS systems should be aware that many GM vehicles require a relearn. Because that wasn’t done, the job was left incomplete. I ended up buying the tool and performing the relearn myself, and now everything works perfectly. They could improve by making sure the full TPMS process — including relearn when required — is completed before returning the vehicle.
