  The staff went out their way to patch my flat tire asap. I was in a big hurry, and the whole team jumped in and had my tire patched and cart ready to go in 15 minutes. They did it with smiles on their face and much gratitude for the business. I highly recommend this location.

  Went for oil change and tire rotation. Stated full synthetic price was $85 plus tax. By time shop fees, filter and extra charges it was $105.66. Misleading pricing! I asked if they relearned tire positions after rotation, stated they don’t do that and their tool was broken. Went to get in car and seat had dirt all over it from mechanics pants. What a worthless place of business. Never again will they touch my vehicle.

  I called a few days ahead to ask the price to install two new tires that I had already purchased. I was told $35 per tire, so I made an appointment. When I arrived, the owner said the price was $45 per tire. After explaining what I was told on the phone, a front desk employee tried to help and adjusted the price to $34, which I appreciated. However, when I came back to pick up my car, I heard the owner say: “Where is the strange Spanish guy?” referring to me while I was standing right there. Then he laughed and said, “Oh, the strange Spanish guy came to pick up his car.” That comment was racist and completely unacceptable. The employee apologized, but the owner’s behavior was very unprofessional. Because of that experience, I will not be coming back.
