I have progressive insurance and when filing my claim for a windshield replacement, was scheduled at this location for a replacement and recalibration. My appointment was rescheduled, via email, by Safelite, due to not having the correct part. The day of my appointment comes, I drive 35 minutes to this location because it “is the closest location”, give them my car and walk down the road to the gas station with my 5 and 7 year old (15 minutes) just to get a phone call saying they don’t have the correct part. I question this because that was the whole point of rescheduling me and they even called me the day before to confirm. They stated they were “too busy to check”, however, upon speaking with the manager, it’s “not their fault, the system ordered the wrong part and they didn’t know until they scanned my vehicle”. No one can agree on their story, they’ve been extremely rude throughout this ordeal, I’m now driving 35 minutes back home with a very cracked windshield and my kids in the car, having spent 45 minutes out here and gas, all for nothing. Horrible experience and I highly do NOT recommend.

Had such a great experience with Safelite Glass Repair! The whole process was incredibly easy from scheduling the appointment to getting the job done. They came right to my location, which made everything so convenient.
Marcus, the technician, was amazing! Super friendly, professional, and efficient. He was able to fix my windshield without needing a full replacement, which saved me so much time.
Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quick, hassle-free service! Thank you

I do not like writing bad reviews but this glass replacement was terrible. My appointment was between 8-12. The tech got there at 12:30. No communication that he was running late. He asked me if he should just leave the keys in the vehicle when he’s done or hand them to me. I said to hand them to me. 1.5 hours later I got curious and went outside to look. The tech was gone and left my keys in the car. When I went to inspect the first thing I found was glass the size of my fingertip on the dashboard. The second thing was the tech never replaced the seal on the inside of my windshield. I contacted Safelite and they said they would have the tech call. He texted and told me that he vacuumed the glass that he could and that the glass that was remaining his vacuum wouldn’t pick up. They must have crappy vacuums because my vacuum cleaner was able to get it. The tech told me that I should get my car detailed if I want all the glass cleaned up. The glass was big enough to see but because his vacuum wouldn’t get it he just left it there and advised me to pay someone to clean up his mess. Then when I asked about the rubber seal that went around the inside of my windshield (04 Wrangler) he said it wasn’t included in the kit so he didn’t need to replace. He tore a part off of my vehicle even though he had no plans on replacing. It wasn’t an aftermarket part. It came on the vehicle. The techs attitude was it wasn’t his job because it didn’t come in the windshield kit. Then why did you pull it off? Find other glass replacement companies that will treat your vehicle like they would treat their own. Do not use Safelite.

2023 Tesla model S windshield replacement. Replaced the glass in only 5 hours (while I waited). They detached the hard wired radar detector because it was wired into the rearview mirror. They told me they would leave the housing off so I could reconnect it myself. They instead closed it all up so I had to wait 3 days before glue dried to put it apart and that's when I found that they had broken the housing where the gps antenna mounts and they just glued it with the windshield glue and closed it up to hide what they did
I brought it back, the next day, because it had loud wind noise, but they said that "it was normal and sometimes Teslas do that" (even though it wasn't there before).
After I waited 3 days to connect the radar, that's when I discovered the broken gps antenna. I called Tesla to ask these questions and come to find out, this is common (glass companies braking gps antenna AND using wrong windshield that doesn't have trim aero that reduces wind noise).
Trying to work with them but they haven't called me back in 2 days and aren't communicating. Terrible experience so far...

“BE CAREFUL”
I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Safelite AutoGlass today.
I booked a windshield replacement appointment for my BMW i8 between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. This is not a simple job, as the vehicle requires proper in-shop calibration due to its advanced systems, which is exactly why I scheduled it correctly and followed their process.
I arrived at approximately 12:30 PM, well within the confirmed appointment window. Despite this, the staff, including an assistant manager named Samantha, refused to take my car. Their reasoning was that I was “technically late” because, according to them, the appointment starts exactly at 12:00 PM. That makes absolutely no sense when the confirmed time clearly states a 12:00–1:00 PM window I have to drop my car for 4 hours.
What made this situation even worse was their attitude. They were not just unhelpful, they were outright rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no effort to assist, no attempt to find a solution, and no respect for the customer. When I questioned their logic, instead of handling it professionally, they responded with a careless attitude that clearly showed they do not value customers or their time.
This is not just poor service, it is a complete failure in basic customer respect and communication. If a business provides a time window, they should honor it. Otherwise, they should clearly state strict arrival times upfront instead of misleading customers.
I took time out of my day, showed up within the scheduled timeframe, and was treated like it didn’t matter at all. That is simply unacceptable.
I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are many other companies that actually appreciate their customers and act professionally. Based on this experience, this location clearly does not.
