  Amazing service, I thought I had a punctured tire but Mavis Tires checked my tires, put in more air and sent me on my way. They were kind and efficient. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

  My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service we received at Mavis Tire Socrum Loop Road. They went above and beyond to quickly replace not one but two tires that were severely damaged so we were able to make a flight from Tampa last evening. Both my parents are hospitalized one with stroke and one with a fall and we were trying to get to KY quickly. With their compassion~professionalism and skill we were on our way quickly with no disruption of flight. A particular thank you to Jay ! Between the manager and a wonderful employee like Jay that no question this review is five star!

  came in with a blown tire called ahead made a reservation by calling ( I guess it’s a call center you call ) and when I arrived on the tow truck the lady at the call center must’ve marked it as a drop off and when I arrived the guy said he wouldn’t have time today but ended up being able to squeeze me in!!!

  Professional quality exceptional service. Jacob service writer was on top of his game assuring the job on our Gladiator tires,balance and alignment were done to quality standards. Want to also thank the techs in the back doing the actual work GREAT job. It's nice to actually get quality service which is far and few in-between.
