  I told Greg the service rep at 8am that I had an apt at 1pm to get my tires put on. When my car got finished I waited about 5 mins until I approached someone about my bill and keys. Greg proceeded to have a personal conversation with another customer for a good 20 mins. Then had the nerve to ask if I was going to go get my tires and asking my to shake his hand knowing he made me miss the apt.. The 3 stars are for making me wait hrs without an update when he kept telling me 5 more minutes. I had to stop the mechanic who was working on my car to get the details. Plus I missed my apt forcing me to take a day off work to get my tires put on. On top of it all the guy who put my bumper on used the wrong bolts and broke my bracket. I had to use a grinder to cut the bolt so my hood would shut all the way. Now I need new brackets. At least he found the misrouted vacuum lines that Left Lane Auto did when they replaced my engine.

  Worst customer service experience ever. The recall notice i received said that the repair process would take 1.5 hrs. When I arrived I was told worst case scenario would be 3 to 3.5 hrs. I should have been notified of that fact when I made the appointment for the recall repair so I could have arranged for a ride. On top of that i was stuck at the dealership for five hrs waiting for the repair, well beyond the worst case scenario. I will never step inside Jenkins Nissan dealership again. I have bought 6 Nissan's over the years and based on this customer service I will never buy another Nissan again.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Before driving off the lot, I noticed a crack in the windshield. This was disappointing because we were ensured by Jonathan the vehicle had passed an inspection. Because we stayed past closing, my husband advised me call in the morning when they open. The manager Victor told me to come in only to tell me there's nothing they can do. He blamed me and said I cracked it on my drive home. When I explained I saw this prior to leaving the lot but you all had closed up everything, he disrespecfully threw his hands up and walked away from me while Iwas speaking. I asked about the warranty we purchased and they said it doesn't cover it. They wasted my time and money on numerous occasions and made no effort to make things right. This is not my first time buying a vehicle so I am fully aware of what customer service should be not only during the car buying process. I was very disappointed in trusting this dealership with this purchase.

  They were straight to the point. No games played even looked out for your best interest interest. That’s too amazing experiences that I’ve had At both Jenkins stores One Mitsubishi and now Nissan I love how they offered a quote over the phone where Other dealerships try to jerk me around Rachel was great and so was the finance manager. I do apologize I forgot his name. But five out of five stars will be buying there again as long as you have Nissan continues to have trucks

  BEWARE OF A POOR SERVICE TEAM They kept my car for one 1/2 days roughly. It did not start it until 4 o’clock on the second day. Just took it out for a check engine light should’ve been an easy find out kind of thing. Picked my car up around 6:30 that night filthy with leaves dust and all kind of stuff. This dealership needs to trim all the trees back clean up a lot because; it’s nasty. Also, Very poor communication from the service staff to the management and the girl that answered the phone. The people at this place act like you’re distraction interfering with their job. No sense of urgency or Customer service at this place. They need to take some license from PUBLIX.
