  Greg Corbin was my salesperson. He was a true professional in every way. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and after a 1000 mi “shakedown” cruise in the car over a 3 day period, across 4 states through fairly bad weather and interstate construction, the car performed flawlessly as advertised. I was out of state and flew in from Texas to purchase the Car. Greg went out of his way to pick me up at the airport. I will definitely consider buying my next new car from Fields Motorcars, Lakeland Mercedes dealership. The staff I dealt with were all great, and Greg is one of the best, most professional salespersons I’ve encountered (and I buy a lot of cars).

  Katie Dillard consistently provides exceptional service every time I visit the Mercedes dealership. Most recently, I was in a hurry and needed to get in and out quickly for scheduled maintenance. She not only ensured everything was handled efficiently, but she had me out before the expected time. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for my time truly set her apart. Katie makes the entire experience seamless and stress-free, I always know I’m in great hands with her. Highly recommend working with her if you want top-tier service!

  On March 18, I took my Mercedes to Fields and paid $277.13 for their diagnosis after hitting a curb. They quoted me around $7k to replace the tie rods and the steering rack. I filed the claim with my insurance as a collision as there was no way I could come up with $7k. My insurance company wanted me to take it to another local shop. They replaced the control arm and the knuckle for $1,100 and I am back on the road. Ironically, the control arm was not even in Fields estimate. Makes me say, "hmmmmmmm!"

  I had a great experience with the service team at Fields Motorcars Lakeland. My service advisor, Bill, is always very attentive, professional, and helpful. He consistently ensures that everything is handled smoothly and keeps me well informed throughout the process. The service performed on my vehicle was excellent, and I also used the vehicle delivery service, which was extremely punctual and convenient. Everything was handled with great care and efficiency, making the entire experience seamless and satisfying. I truly appreciate the level of service provided and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service and professionalism.

  My experience with Bill was beyond expectations. He immediately pull up my vehicle history and explain in detail what was already done in terms or repair and maintenance from my previous visit and explain what will be performed during this visit. As I explain to Bill, I wanted the shop to perform normal maintenance based on my 75000 miles odometer and anything else he recommend in order get the motorhome ready for my upcoming trip up-north for the summer…The next day I received an video made by the technician working on my engine that included the oil change process, tires treads and break pads condition, etc. The work was completed the following day and the cost was in line with what Bill explain will be, including the discount based on the coupon Fields Motor send earlier for services performed. Bill was very professional and easy to work with and communicated with me all the way via phone and text messages. Thank you Bill and thank you you Field Motors, well done.
