Fields Lakeland BMW is absolutely the best! I am so pleased I purchased my BMW with Rebekah, now 2 years ago. They have the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced with offering their mobile service and loaner cars to me, as needed. Christian provides their mobile service and is the friendliest and most efficient ever! I can’t say enough good things about him as he has accommodated my car needs quickly, to get me back on the road ASAP! They’re all top notch in my book and I am so grateful to them always! Great service, you can’t even imagine in this era! Thank you to my team!!

Michael was absolutely outstanding. His communication was clear, consistent, and he was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I had an amazing experience at this BMW dealership for my oil change. The service was quick, the price was great, and they even included a complimentary car wash. The waiting area made everything even better — they offered gourmet coffee, cold drinks, and even ice cream, which was such a nice touch. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, and the manager in particular was genuinely happy, welcoming, and attentive. Excellent customer service all around. This is the only place my wife and I would take are BMWs to.

My visit to Fields BMW for servicing my X7 was a truly unique experience. Although there were some difficulties in locating certain parts, the situation was handled effectively thanks to the support of Albert and, most importantly, Sales Manager Brian, whose dedication and effort ensured that the work was completed successfully.

I brought my BMW in for maintenance and specifically asked if the exterior could be washed. The representative, Michael, assured me it would be done.
Not only was my vehicle not ready on time, but I had to pick it up days later due to my work schedule. After leaving my car there an additional four days beyond the delay, I was very disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned at all.
I understand that a wash may be considered a complimentary service, but it was clearly requested and promised. When something is communicated to a customer, it should be followed through—especially after delays.
This is the second time I’ve had an experience like this, and it raises concerns about consistency and customer care. I believe everyone deserves the same level of service, attention, and respect.
BMW should do better with communication and follow-through.
