  I have not had to pay a deposit until I rented from my home State, Florida. I have been a loyal customer for years. The deposit seemed unnecessary, unreasonable and punitive.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise at 4510 South Florida Avenue Lakeland, Fl. My insurance company made a reservation for me after my car accident, and my coverage includes a rental up to $30 per day. When I arrived, they did not have the vehicle available within that price range. The manager told me he would call me the next day (March 5) to switch me into the correct vehicle once one became available. Unfortunately, I never received that call. Today I called the location myself and was told they still do not have a vehicle available. After already dealing with the stress of a car accident, this lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I understand inventory can be limited, but communication and keeping your word are very important, especially for customers who are already dealing with a difficult situation.

  Called in to make a reservation guy told me he’s gonna call me within an hour waiting for his call now they’re closed I needed a car to get home

  My husband and I had a very bad experience with a manager named Jordan. I questioned the price of the car because it was not the same as what the person who booked the reservation told me and historically it was the wrong price and when I questioned why…Jordan ( a supposed manager)said he just didn’t know it must of been the code I entered. I said I’m not sure what code you’re speaking of because I booked over the phone with a live agent. I have a military discount with them and have always had it. When I told him I would take it up with Sam the manager I had a business relationship with he said “there is nothing to take up” with sam. He kept raising his voice at me and turning the computer screen to me as if I should know what to look for. There was another customer in the lobby as well. He gladly took my card and charged me. I said I wasn’t going to argue because I had needed the car to get to a funeral. He then kept arguing with me and that’s when my husband told him he was no longer going to speak to me like that and he needed to change his tone when speaking to me. Jordan became irate and just said he would not longer rent to us. Now I needed to get to a funeral of a friend who was killed overseas serving our military. So I asked nicely for him to reconsider and he said no. I was an hour late to my late friends funeral because we had to rent somewhere else. This man is a manager? He berated me in front of another client who appeared uncomfortable listening to everything. He was not professional and then to treat a former marine and an active DoD personnel the way he did is shocking as; if we were trash. All because he couldn’t explain why the price shot up by $30. He seemed misogynistic as well. I would stay clear of this location and the manager Jordan. Enterprise I strongly suggest no longer keep this man employed. I wouldnt have him on my staff if he treated a client that way. Again, I was late to my friends funeral all because his ego and pride were shot down when my husband told him he could no longer speak to his wife that way. I think any husband would defend their wife when being spoke down to like he was me

  I travel regularly for work and have been renting vehicles for 15 years, so I have high standards for service. I’ve been using this specific Enterprise location for several years (often 3 to 4 weeks out of every month) and I can honestly say they are an elite team. ​The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it’s a quick pickup from my home or ensuring the vehicle is exactly what I need. The manager, Sam, along with Morgan and the rest of his team do a phenomenal job. They understand that as a frequent traveler, I value getting in and out quickly, yet they never sacrifice that personal touch. If you want a seamless, high-quality rental experience, I cannot recommend this location enough.
