  Had a serious breach of trust with the service team today. Not only did they search through my personal belongings to "look for the wheel lock key" without notifying me of tire rotation service being provided when I specifically said I was just there for an oil change, but when technician didn't find what she was looking for, she completely bypassed my LOCKED glovebox without notifying or ASKING me whatsoever. The glovebox was LOCKED for a very good reason, as I sometimes keep a loaded firearm in there. Other than that serious breach of trust, the technician also failed to return a private item she pulled out of my center console back to where it belongs, even though she somehow had the presence of mind to lock my glovebox again after returning the wheel lock key. I don't see how any reasonable person could not feel extremely suspicious of that series of events and be left to wonder what else a technician might be searching through in every vehicle they are trusted to work on. I want to make it very clear to the manager that (hopefully) reads this review: I will be searching thoroughly through everything in my truck now, and confirming that everything is where it should be. If anything related to the firearm is missing, I WILL be contacting law enforcement to report the suspected theft, which should be a felony because of the particular item it involves. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from a shop I have been using repeatedly since I moved to Lakeland. Also, the technician didn't even remember to replace the service date and mileage sticker after doing the oil change. I had to come back into the shop and ask the assistant manager for it directly. Extremely disappointed with the service today. This technician has driven away a reliable repeat customer, as I no longer feel that my personal items are safe because of their untrustworthy behavior.

  With owning a lawn care business, time and professionalism is very important to us. We had a blown tire on one of our trailers and both James and John were very friendly, quick and professional to help get us back on the road to finish servicing our clients for the day. Cannot thank them enough!

  I have to say I was really happy that this place was open on a Saturday when most aren’t and the tech service man named James did an excellent job helped me out. Got it done in and out real quick. Make sure everything was safe for me and my daughter to make it back home thank you James. You’re did an amazing job.
