  James and John are always amazing! They make sure to explain everything to me in a way I can fully understand and show me all options for repairs and maintenance on my vehicles!

  After tearing a hole in the side wall of my tire, they were the only place I could get a replacement tire for my vehicle. And I only had it available and ready when I got there I was in and out less than 30 minutes. This was without an appointment. Great staff very friendly.

  This is truly the best place for an oil change in Lakeland. Customer service is next level to the point that I am able to have my teenage daughters go there on their own for an oil change because I know that James and his staff will make sure that they leave feeling safe in their cars and knowing that car maintenance is important and not to settle for just any place in town. I have also purchased tires for my car here and I always leave knowing that everything has been done correctly and double checked. When having my oil changed recently James the outstanding store manager came to ask about my battery being replaced and showed me the very small screw that another business had put in the metal piece that is supposed to keep the battery in place. It clearly did not fit and was not installed properly. I went for an oil change but without a doubt my entire car was inspected. There is a huge peace of mind that comes when leaving after routine maintenance. Regardless of how long I go between oil changes James always remembers my name and my employer and asks how work has been going. I have watched him do that with countless customers over the years. During this last oil change I waited with an elderly couple who had been waiting for longer than they expected and I could hear their frustration. Shortly after James came to speak with them and apologized for the delay and explained exactly why there was a delay and assured them that they wanted to make sure they left with everything being correct. The delay was not something that could be resolved quickly and was totally unforeseeable from the shop; however, they worked hard to get them back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. I watched their frustration turn to relief when it was explained why there was a delay. James apologized multiple times and took full ownership of them having to wait longer than they anticipated. As a single mother who is responsible for all car maintenance and repairs it can be very stressful especially after another large named oil change place has taken advantage of the situation. I would not trust taking my car anywhere other than this location. I know the work is being done correctly and I feel fully respected and not talked down to because I am female and it is assumed I know nothing about my car. Not once has that occurred in the several years I have been getting my car serviced at a Tire Choice location that I know James is in charge of. He moves locations then I move locations. It is less about convenience and more about peace of mind and knowing that I am certain to get the same friendly greeting as everyone who walks in the door and I can trust that everything has been done carefully and correctly. If you do not have a place for regular car maintenance then I highly recommend this Tire Choice location. You will be in good hands and will have less worries knowing that you have chosen a business that is trustworthy, honest and still cares about actual customers which is incredibly rare these days which is very unfortunate but in Lakeland this is the best place to go for car maintenance and you can actually take a deep sigh of relief knowing your vehicle is in good and capable hands. Would give 10 stars if that was an option purely because being able to have a place where I can have one less stressor is priceless.

  As a mom on the go, I really appreciated the experience at Tire Choice on South Florida Ave! James and John instantly took the stress out of the visit and I knew I was going to be a repeat customer! James service was top tier! He made sure I had directions to the shop and a plan of action before I even walked through the door!! He explained everything clearly, respected my time, and made sure I felt confident in the decision without any pressure. The service was fast, the pricing was affordable, and I left feeling taken care of. That matters when your schedule is already full. Highly recommend!

  I got a nail in my tire today and needed to stop by the closest shop near me. I usually go to the location about five minutes away, but this one was even closer. When I arrived, I was surprised (and honestly happy!) to see that the management had changed and that John and James were there — the same ones from the other location. They have always been incredibly kind and helpful to me, and they took just as great care of me here. They got everything done quickly and made the whole situation stress-free. I truly appreciate how professional and friendly they were. I also love that this location is now much closer to my house! Thank you so much to the new Tire Choice staff — I really, really appreciate you all! 🙌🚗
