My tire needed an emergency repair on a holiday. The team at Tire Choice Auto was professional, courteous and had me back on the road quickly. Great service, great service at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

TLDR: This store and parent company (Monro) are an absolute joke. Dishonest, shady business practices, poor customer service, poor quality work - go somewhere else. Figured out store manager's (Keith) way of dealing with mistakes causing damage. Make lots of empty promises, "try" to solve the issue, wait until you open a claim through corporate, then hide behind that its now an insurance issue now. Its amazing how this review could have been avoided over the cost of a few lug nuts and studs, and some half way decent customer service. Store needs a new store manager and Id avoid any Monro owned companies in the future. Not worth the headache trying to get anyone involved to do the right thing. 10/4/25 - Got an online quote for about $1000 in tires/fees, etc. 10/8/25 - Call to verify appointment and cost. Suddenly quote is $600 more. I have to argue back and forth to get the online advertised priced. Turns out, the shop sells slightly different tires, but wont order in the advertised ones. Classic bait and switch. 10/10/25 - Tire service performed. 10/11/25 - While setting up to perform maintenance on my vehicle, 3 studs break off (cross threaded), all other studs except ones with anti-theft lug show signs of metal shavings and were easily overtorqued pasted the OEM spec (89 ft/lbs). Breaking the lugs felt like breaking bolts for suspension components that are usually torqued to 100-130 ft/lbs. 10/11/25 - Call store manager (Keith) and explain my situation. Claims they're supposed to use a torque wrench. Clearly they didnt and instead zipped them on with an impact gun without threading them by hand first. Asks for me to bring vehicle in so they can fix it. My guy, the wheels are off and 3 studs are broken, its not coming to you and your team has demonstrated lack of basic knowledge. Im not coming back so yall can mess something else up. Week of 10/13 - Visit store and talk to Keith about parts reimbursement. Total was about 30$ for the snapped studs and nuts. I get every excuse in the book again - procedure to use torque wrench, tech was new, blah blah blah. He cant do a refund, so he has to open up a claim with corporate. Takes pictures of all my info. Supposedly enters claim. Says he will call me back in a few days. Week of 10/13 - Call Keith for an update and he plays dumb. "Oh, you havnt heard anything yet, let me call you back today". Never happens. Call again later in the week with a promise of a call next week. Think it happened? Week of 10/17 - Nope, no call from Keith so I call again. Apparently his new DM is visiting the next week, and he will get an approval to do a cash reimbursement. DM was supposedly visiting 10/23. 10/29 - Call back for Keith, day off. 11/1 - Call back for Keith, now hes on vacation lol. I call corporate customer service, surprise surprise, no claim in my name has been submitted. I submit all my paperwork, timeline of events to Monro so they can do their investigation. 12/5 - As of today, Ive called Monro a couple of times, and there has been no update.
