Just hoping that they would mount my tires for free and do an another front alignment for free. I figured that’s the least that they can do seeing how the last front alignment was not done properly. Angel the store manager said that it was not due to the alignment. It was due to me overloading my truck. I promptly showed him my insurance card that showed I had an additional heavy duty 3500 truck that I used for towing heavy trailers not my every day Driver 1500. And he told me all of this without even putting the truck on the front and alignment machine just by looking at it. If you us ChatGPT or Google and ask what the reason why a front tire is wearing unevenly in the front end the number one answer is the camber on the tires which is adjusted during the alignment. He told me I could complain to the corporate office, corporate office, then asked me to go back to him and ask him to say that the alignment was the problem which, of course he would not do so. I got absolutely nowhere. Don’t waste your time with these guys because they’re not going to back their work.
