  Went for oil change and tire rotation. Stated full synthetic price was $85 plus tax. By time shop fees, filter and extra charges it was $105.66. Misleading pricing! I asked if they relearned tire positions after rotation, stated they don’t do that and their tool was broken. Went to get in car and seat had dirt all over it from mechanics pants. What a worthless place of business. Never again will they touch my vehicle.

  I called a few days ahead to ask the price to install two new tires that I had already purchased. I was told $35 per tire, so I made an appointment. When I arrived, the owner said the price was $45 per tire. After explaining what I was told on the phone, a front desk employee tried to help and adjusted the price to $34, which I appreciated. However, when I came back to pick up my car, I heard the owner say: “Where is the strange Spanish guy?” referring to me while I was standing right there. Then he laughed and said, “Oh, the strange Spanish guy came to pick up his car.” That comment was racist and completely unacceptable. The employee apologized, but the owner’s behavior was very unprofessional. Because of that experience, I will not be coming back.

  I had a wonderful experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. From the moment I walked in, the team was personable, professional, and quick to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated seeing a female technician on staff , it speaks volumes about their commitment to equality and professionalism in the automotive industry. The pricing was reasonable, and I felt confident that I was treated fairly. The manager was especially kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.

  The manager was very helpful and made sure to give me what I was looking for but was able to make offers that he would recommend for safe driving. Made special attention to help the customer and not over charge just because. This is one reason I keep coming back for service.

  Called them with a leak in my tire and got in SAME day! They didn't try to upsell me a tire, they just offered to patch it! The whole team was quick, efficient and had extremely fair pricing. I had an appointment at 5:30 and had to wait about an hour, but the work was done almost instantly once started. I highly recommend this location in north Lakeland!
