- LDLes DeanDec 2, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service. Called Monday to reserve a truck. Told them on return call I wanted it for Wednesday at 7am. No problem from my conversation with them. Took the day off to move some auction items. Called this afternoon and they informed me that they would call me tomorrow some time during the day to let me know when the truck was available?????excuse me I was coming to get it at 7am. You should of told me on Monday. When I could of made other arrangements. Completely lost my business in the future. Thanks for costing me a day. Unreal never again
- ARAmy RectorNov 13, 20255.0We had to have 2 trucks so renting was a breeze. 5 days should be long enough for anyone but unfortunately we had a 2200sq ft home to load into both trucks, travel 600 miles with and unload after finding storage units big enough to hold that much of a house until our home where we went is built. So needless to say....after paying nearly 4k for 2 trucks at rental and then gas plus 800 more after emptying them. Yea I believe even as nice as an experience as it was to rent them hassle free....they made their money 😆 I'm definitely in the wrong business. But I'll say we had 0 issues with either truck or car dolly. Trucks rode smoothly and gave us no issues. So definitely dependable.
