  I signed up for a membership because I bought a new car. The high pressure over head rise is ALWAYS stuck blasting in one spot, it caused water to come in thru my sun roof the last time I went thru. I have only been thru there once where the water wasn't stuck blasting in one spot. There have been other bad reviews saying the same thing. It is still stuck blasting in the same spot. This is going to cause damage so many cars! For this reason I'm cancelling my membership.

  I purchased the $40 monthly package and was very unhappy with how the wash was on my two week old vehicle getting its very first wash. The manager listened to my complaints, personally observed them on my vehicle, and then understood. I was advised that you’re able to go through the car wash every two minutes. The manager recommended I go through again and when I pulled around, they were waiting for me and scrubbed the areas we observed were missed. Additionally, this car wash does not offer complimentary microfiber towels or any kind of cleaning product after the wash, only vacuums. Edit: after observing my vehicle further, I’ve found deep scratches in the plastics on the driver side. See the photos for reference. Two stars because the manager stepped up in the beginning but there’s no fixing this now. I will not be back.

  I have complained multiple times about the multi-jet overhead rinse spray pressure is too high and causes my monroof to leak in a new truck. Mister management has not done anything to investigate or resolve this matter and the other Mister washes in this area are not like this, so I know it could be adjusted if anyone cared to do so. Time to look into taking my multiple vehicles and my friends vehicles somewhere else I suppose.

  I love that I can pay monthly and go as often as I want for drive through car wash and it only takes a few minutes. I go 3 to 4 times per month and my Tahoe always looks great. I get the level with wax to protect my paint. I love that I can use the vacuum as well to keep the inside clean.

  Mister car wash very satisfied but I have to cancel washing why I have 2 car one wash nice and clean the other not so that why I cancel i can wash one multiple times if wanted to but the other i would have to pay again to wash the other car then it would cost me $70 + dollars it makes no sense mister just do a house hold wash price too so all 3 car in my household can wash we don't have to wash multiple times unless we live on a farm that's my recommendation to you. Try it and thank me later.
