- DDDanielle3 days ago5.0I was on my way to Bonita Springs and I lost all power to my vehicle. I brought my car in. I needed a new alternator and they replaced it right away. The staff at this location is phenomenal very friendly and very righteous on the price in labor.
- TBTori Brady5 days ago2.0Needed a tire checked — made an appt for 2pm online. Showed up at 2pm, said I needed a tire checked, guy at desk said it was gonna be a couple hours, that they were running way behind. Asked if I could at least just tell him which tire needed to be checked out, he said sure, goes outside w me and finds a nail in said tire. Cool, happy to know exactly what’s wrong. He writes down my phone number to call me to let me know when it’ll be ready. I had to call a couple mins before closing time at 5pm to ask what was going on — same dude on phone claimed they’d tried getting a hold of me, but I never received any correspondence. I probably won’t be back — he had a post it note in his hand the whole time I was there and appeared to write down my number, but read off some random number upon my arrival to pay I’ve never had when he’d said he’d tried calling. He asked for my number again and I just told him I probs won’t be back, that’s ok lol. Just not an ideal experience, wondering if I’m gonna have a car bc someone else had my key and they were about to close, with no communication. Thankful for a repaired tire, but…that’s all. Bleh

Call at 1 o’clock to check on the vehicle they said they were behind and hadn’t gotten into it yet. Showed back up at 3 o’clock to the vehicle, not being moved. Watched two Tech walk over to Taco Bell and one in the bay playing on this phone. This place is a joke and the employees there are fools. Do not take your vehicle here drive the extra 10 minutes to the Mavis on S. Florida Ave.
