Someone in a pickup keeps blaring their radio causing vibrations to the building behind you of which are primarily elderly residents. Then there’s someone in a sports car who thinks it’s fun to burn rubber behind the Publix. I’m seriously considering going to corporate with this if the management cannot control their employees. Something like this is what would keep me from ever going to that store as a customer.
- OWondrea westDec 4, 20251.0I’m leaving this review to share my full experience. I originally called to ask about a noise under my hood. I was told to schedule an appointment, which I did for 5:00 PM after work. When I arrived, I mentioned the noise again and was suddenly told that their certified AC technician was not there — and because of that, they would not do my full inspection. This was frustrating because I rushed from the South Side to make this appointment, and no one mentioned that their specialist would be gone. When I told them I still wanted the full inspection (without the AC issue), the employee told me they couldn’t do it. I had to explain that an inspection does NOT require an AC specialist. We went back and forth before they finally agreed to perform the inspection I originally scheduled. The most concerning part is that after all of this, I left with a flat tire. I always visually check my tires before I drive, and none of them were flat when I arrived. Suddenly I had a screw in my tire right after leaving the inspection. It felt extremely sketchy and way too coincidental, especially on top of the miscommunication. I do not trust this location. I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to be cautious based on my experience.
