- ABArtie BradleyOct 5, 20211.0Lied about how quickly they could fix my truck. It's still not done because of them. I'm a disabled veteran and can't go anywhere without my truck it carries my battery powered scooter that I need. My truck is a diesel powered and they knew most of the repairs were mechanical and they don't even have anyone qualified to work on diesel pickups. It also took them forever to just get the parts ordered. It cost me a lot of money for a car rental because of them.

She took care of me straight from the start. She had Enterprise there with a rental car before I could even think. Britt was just as amazing. I felt like he genuinely cared and I wasn't just another customer. I had a huge trip coming up that I really needed my Subaru back for. Britt estimated that they could probably make it happen. Despite a couple of setbacks, Joe Hudson's made it happen! I got my Forester back the day I was leaving and it was as good as new! Now 2 weeks later, I was rear ended on I-4. I chose to send my Forester back to Joe Hudson's to be repaired. I wouldn't have chosen any other repair shop to fix my ride. As it looks now, I may get the Forester back ahead of schedule! Thank you so much Debbie, Bitt, and the rest of the crew at Joe Hudson's Collision Center! You guys truly are the best!

First thing Britt asked when you meet him was are you ok? Even helped with rental problems and insurance companies. My car accident was on May 17th and he had all the parts and resources to fix a different problem not involved in the accident, in a timely manner. Ordered repairs at a great price. (Used off other vehicles) Car was finished on June 7th. They even cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up. Good prices and service. Greatly recommend.
