Nena, the manager, was hands on and even helped me pull my car into the bay. Ill definitely be going back to the S. Fla. Avenue location in Lakeland.

The staff here at Jiffy was professional and didn't give me the run around or try to push me into getting services I wasn't looking for. They were upfront about everything, especially Alex; he answered all of my questions for everything that was getting done today and estimates for services in the future. The shop also took $30 off my conventional oil change, so I only paid $50 when it was all said and done. As of right now, it's safe to say I'll be making another trip back here when it's time for my next oil change 🙂

Today, I waited 20 minutes and never even got pulled into a bay. There was no communication about the delay, and at one point they backed another car in ahead of me without saying anything. I ended up leaving without getting my oil changed and went down the street to Take 5 Oil Change instead. I won’t be back.

Nena and Caridad showed their leadership skills as they trained a newer associate. Gabriel and Alejandro were polite and thorough. No heavy sales tactics or pressure… Nena provided “good, better, best” options on windshield wipers and answered all of my questions during the visit. Highly recommend!
