He came in and told me that it was ok that I had them put conventional oil in. Next time, it would be best to have the synthetic oil put in my car. He didn't shame me for the conventional oil unlike the service advisor

Either you’re open till five or you’re not I’m sure people will be split on this subject, but I genuinely thought they were open till six got there at 4:55 and was asked if I know what time it is and that they close in five minutes. They were all too happy to let me leave And I can assure you, I will not go back. Thanks for nothing jiffy lube!!!
