  I have a good experiance renting from this enterprise. I cant say the same for the other place i rented from. This one, i will return to continue to rent from. You Guys Rock.

  Pickup and drop of was easy, truck ran great, A/C and heat were perfect, and lift gate functioned right. Love the price per mile which was why I chose Enterprise. I was also very pleased with the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

  What a horrible experience I had. So the owner of the company I work for asked me to call and find out information. I called the Davenport location and spoken with Darren. They didn’t have a truck I needed available so he was very nice and told me where they had a truck available. Mind you he had quoted me 137.72 and mile charge. When I called the lakeland location they told me yes that they had the truck and that it would be 150.00 plus mileage. I asked him to tow capacity and he transferred me to the manager Brian. He explains how to let ok up the two capacity and that it would be 175.00 plus mileage. When I asked him why I was given 3 different prices he got really up set at me. I explained that these were question my boss would ask me. He turned around and told me that I was being argumentative and he would not rent to me. And hung up. It just blows my mind that the customer service with this company. You try to call to get corporate office number to complain, no such luck!! Not on the web not from a branch. Than God U-haul saved the day.

  I rent trucks on a regular basis for my business. The staff always take care of me. The prices are fair and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend the team off Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland.
