- JJJoannaJan 15, 20262.0If you are reliant on a specific vehicle, don't book with them. Booked a van during the holidays. We had to have that space for a road trip. They called less than a week out to let us know there were no vans available. They said there was a recall however when I talked to corporate, there were a couple vans around but they wanted me to drive to Orlando to rent it and pay $800 more. They offered us a SUV saying it would fit our group, there's no way. It fit 3 people. This vehicle was pivotal to our trip, it was heartbreaking. No one cares. Corporate blamed the store for not telling us sooner, store blamed corporate. Extremely disappointing.
