I had a pretty big bummer of an experience at the S FL location. I was gonna leave a 1 star review on their page with all the deets but I drank a milkshake before writing all this and that helped boost my mood a ton. After the mess that was that experience, I threw a Hail Mary and went to the West Memorial location that I was advised of from the S FL office. I walked in and immediately knew everything was gonna be a-ok. Jordan helped me by pulling up my other reservation and getting me in a car that I honestly didn’t expect to be so dang cool. Mind you, this dude was putting out fires like [insert your favorite water-type Pokémon here] all while helping get me in and outta there. Him and another dude with sick glasses (also named Jordan) were answering call after call as they came in, efficiently handling customer requests, and all with a smile on their face. I said to myself, “that’s rock and roll baby.” I hope the right folks get to see how stellar this location’s employees were. It’s the holidays, everyone’s on the road for something right now (me included lmao), and times are stressful. This enterprise has good vibes and sweet rides. Check em out 🤘
