- SSSquishy SenpaiFeb 21, 20261.0I didn't have time to write a review when I left the rating, so here it is now. I've been regularly renting with Enterprise for 4 years now. Every three months or so I rent a car for a week and take some time off from work. Every time I've had no problem. Then I came to this store. Apparently my being from another state requires me to use a credit card instead of a debit card, no negotiations, no looking at my rental history, nothing. I only keep my credit card around for emergencies and that's it. Putting in a reservation with Enterprise and being left stranded is not an Emergency when there's both Hertz and Budget less than a half mile down the road. You don't want my business? I'm perfectly fine taking it to someone who does. The only thing you could do to make it right is to fix your stupid policies.
