At pickup they got me into a brand-new Altima without additional charges because the vehicle type I'd rented came back with damage. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. At drop off on Jan 4, 2026, around 11:30 am the young man working alone in the office was exceptional. He had a rush of customers picking up and dropping off which created a bit of a crowd. He welcomed everyone as they entered and patiently answered questions, never rushing people along but efficiently getting customers in and out. I live in Tampa but work in Lakeland and will always choose this location. Highly recommend for cost and for customer service.
