  The experience at this location was not only unprofessional but uncivilized. This was the 3rd location that I attempted to obtain a vehicle from because all of them sent me a confirmation email and promised me a vehicle and then through their own incompetence refused to comply with their agreement. I booked online because this was an exigent circumstance rental and not one planned 3 months in advance. I booked online and then called the reservation line to reserve a vehicle. The reservation gentleman was currently looking at their inventory and stated they had plenty of vehicles. I had already had to uber town to obtain a vehicle because the initial contract I received was not only disposed of but the "manager" attempted to scam me. When I walked into this location the two gentleman laughed into my face and then talked down to. They refused to do anything except say that the reservations team did not know what they were doing.

  Long story short I was involved in a car accident which resulted in a broken hand/wrist, I came in under reservation made by the insurance company just for the manager Shafayat to tell me. “No! It wasn’t reserved for this location and why didn’t I call ahead”. I was dropped off by accident at this location by a Lyft driver who spoke only Spanish. And after explaining to Shafayat he didn’t seem to care, he kept asking me the same questions, prolonging the process. Why? I don’t know. After seeing his counter partner finish processing two customers, I’m still being asked the same questions. Getting no where and having plenty of things to take care of. I asked Shafayat what’s going on? Like, what’s taken so long, he then proceeded to say he’s refusing service. When asked why he gave no clear explanation, so I said I’ll go to the other guy and that’s when Shafayat said he works for me and won’t be taking you either and the other guy just sat there with his head down. Like, where is the human decency? By this time it’s going on 5:00pm when all the enterprises are closing. Which made finding an alternative place a challenge. So Rude and disrespectful I will be letting everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs.

  The entire staff led by Shaf go above and beyond! We’ve recently needed 3 different rentals in our family due to auto claims, and they made the process extremely easy. Plenty of options, clean cars, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in the Lakeland area!
