- APAurora Purcell6 days ago4.0This location have done great compared to the other ones we had to wait for 2 days after we made the reservation in advance to find the car and we finally find it at Lakeland location they were great and professional over here unfortunately Enterprise reservations are totally disconnected with the local offices and they say that they have vehicle available when they are not especially after Christmas we had family emergency my father-in-law passed away and we booked the reservation in advance on the 24th for the 27th and unfortunately we have to wait two more days in order for us to find the car and waste time riding from office to office that the reservation office was telling us that they actually have cars very disappointed with the whole system but very pleased with the Lakeland location

On 1/5/2026 at 5:27pm I was sent to this location to exchange the vehicle because it was no longer working. This is also the location I picked the vehicle up from. The 2 guys at the counter did not acknowledge me. When I finally told them I was sent there by their roadside team for an exchange. They ignored me. Then advised they would not be able to process the request for another week. The people from roadside tried to reach out to them but they kept picking up the phones and placing the calls on hold. If I could them negative starts I would. This location is ran by children and is very unprofessional.
