  I can't tell you how much I love this location. Every time I have gone in there CONOR has helped me. I purchased coolant fluid. And had no idea where to put it or what to do. He came out to my car and did it for me. He had such knowledge and explained to me how to do it on my own if I needed to. And showed me other areas to replace fluids. Who does that anymore? I am so happy that there are companies out there that still cares about their customers. Also, when I told the manager how great Conor was, he was just as great as Conor. So glad that Auto Zone makes me feel ok to ask for help.

  I came into this parts store needing one thing. I left with the right thing, three pieces of advice, and the distinct feeling that Aaron runs this place with a mix of dark magic, caffeine, and pure spite for disorganized shelves. First of all, Aaron doesn't work here. He rules here. I started to explain my problem and he already knew what I needed before I finished my sentence. I am pretty sure he sensed my check engine light from the parking lot. I watched him handle three customers, answer a phone, and fix a register issue without breaking eye contact. At one point I think he solved someone's life problems, but I can't confirm. His customer service is top-tier, but in an honest way. Not the fake " have a blessed day" kind. More like, " this will fix your problem, and if it doesn't, your car has deeper emotional issues." This store is spotless, the shelves are faced, the employees move with purpose. The vibes? Slightly intimidating, yet extremely efficient. I don't know what they're paying Aaron, but I do know that it is not enough. This man is holding the automotive retail ecosystem together with a barcode scanner and sheer willpower. He also has some killer tattoos. Five stars. Came for a part, left with respect. Will absolutely be back!

  It's always refreshing when you receive exceptional customer service experience, especially in today's fast-paced world. At this AutoZone Lakeland, FL Highway 98 North, store #10023, sales associates Javier and Conor exemplify what it means to go above and beyond for their customers. These phenomenal young men are not only helpful but also committed to ensuring that I leaves with a smile. Their dedication and willingness to assist truly make a difference, and it's clear that they leave a lasting impression on those they serve.   Staff was friendly and helpful needed my battery checked. The young lady said it was fine said they could check starter (she didn't really trust that part as much) and alternator. All came back fine and appreciated her honesty. I will be back!
