  The worst customer service. I said I want to pay over the phone like always and they said they are not going to take the chance because he doesn’t know me. What does that have to do with me paying for MY PARTS? I spoke with him twice, and both times he hung up on me. The sadly part is I was a parts manager for AutoZone and that NOT HOW WE DO THIS

  10/10 hakim was very helpful and very kind. I've been going through it with my car and without since Saturday because I've been given the run around until I came and saw him. He helped and made my life better
