The previous battery had so much corrosion it was difficult to remove and replace. Both Reba and Shane were extremely helpful and took everything needed to replace the battery. They went above and beyond their duties to get it replaced. The brackets were very difficult to remove and Shane did everything that was needed to get it replaced and my car up and running. Both employees deserve praise for their customer service and skills. This type of service is very difficult to find and I appreciate all they did for me as a customer. Thank you.
