  Horrible customer service awful management, no help at all.. It was laughed at because they had my number wrong in the system. And was told that the battery that i've been trying to replace it was outdated.But they've been replacing it under the wrong account.The whole time

  Mr. Troy, was such a great help today when assisting me with fixing my battery and my positive terminal. I was super stressed out regarding this matter & he easily came to the rescue. He is truly an amazing person for this company !

  I purchased a new battery for my 2019 Honda HR-V. At check out , to my surprise, I was told a staff member could replace the battery for me. The previous battery had so much corrosion it was difficult to remove and replace. Both Reba and Shane were extremely helpful and took everything needed to replace the battery. They went above and beyond their duties to get it replaced. The brackets were very difficult to remove and Shane did everything that was needed to get it replaced and my car up and running. Both employees deserve praise for their customer service and skills. This type of service is very difficult to find and I appreciate all they did for me as a customer. Thank you.

  Purchased new wiper blades for my car. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about it. He even installed the new wipers on my car.
