I had been waiting in line to check out, some customers walked in and the short Hispanic guy with glasses was finished helping another customer but then started helping the other guys who just got there instead of checking me out. No BS. This guy ignored the fact that I had been waiting in line, he passed me twice after finishing with his first customer and I really felt like causing a scene but I left to go to Autozone where I was quickly acknowledged and taken care of after waiting in line. I will now only go here as my last resort. Used to my first go to. Amazing how one bad apple can spoil the bunch.

The service and installation was quick I was in and on my way home in a matter of 15 mins. I felt much better after the service because I was turned away from the Autozone store across the street because they said they didn’t have anyone available to help install a battery. Then the service lady went out to look at my battery and came back and told me they don’t install that battery. As soon as I walked into Advanced Auto, their Employee Jon C assured me that I was going to get taken care of. And to top it off…The same battery was $50 cheaper. Thank You so much Jon C. Your service is much appreciated.
