  Several other auto shops in the area wouldn’t assist us since they were close to closing, but Aaron at AutoZone in Lakeland went above and beyond to help. We were an hour away from home, stuck and stressed, and couldn’t get anyone to help—until Aaron stepped in and completely changed the situation. He didn’t just offer advice—he actually got under our car and fixed the issue himself. That level of effort and kindness is something you just don’t see every day. Because of him, we were able to get back on the road and make it home safely. Without Aaron, we wouldn’t have made it. If you’re ever in the Lakeland area and need help, Aaron is the person to ask for. Absolute lifesaver!

  I came in the other day to get my battery tested and my experience was top notch! The employee, Brandon, was very helpful in the process and made sure everything looked good. I will definitely be returning for any of my mechanical needs!
